Thank you for choosing to volunteer with Vida Life Ministries. We are dedicated to treating our volunteers and helpers with the utmost respect while prioritizing safety. To this end, we expect all volunteers to adhere to a respectful dress code. This dress code is not merely a set of guidelines for your protection; it also signifies our respect for the communities we serve and the work environment we create.

Por ello, esperamos que todos los voluntarios cumplan con un código de vestimenta respetuoso. Este código de vestimenta no es solo un conjunto de pautas para su protección; también refleja nuestro respeto por las comunidades a las que servimos y el ambiente laboral que creamos.

Men

  •  A basic T-shirt should be free of holes or tears.  

  • Jeans are preferred for bottoms, ensuring they fit appropriately in length to avoid tripping hazards.  

  • Wear closed tennis shoes with laces; if using shoes without laces, they must provide good traction and be free of holes.  

  • Jewelry is not permitted.  

  • If you possess working gloves, we recommend bringing them on your day of volunteering.  

  • Caps or hats for sun protection are also advisable.  

Varones

  • Una camiseta básica debe estar sin agujeros ni rasgaduras.

  • Se recomienda usar jeans como prenda inferior, asegurándose de que tengan el largo adecuado para evitar tropiezos.

  • Use tenis cerrados con cordones; si usa zapatos sin cordones, estos deben tener buena tracción y estar sin agujeros.

  • No se permiten joyas.

  • Si tiene guantes de trabajo, le recomendamos traerlos el día de su voluntariado.

  • También se recomienda usar gorras o sombreros para protegerse del sol.

Women

  •  A basic crewneck T-shirt is required. Should be free of holes or tears. No V-necks, no long V-necks, no crop tops

  • Jeans are required for bottoms, ensuring they fit appropriately in length to avoid tripping hazards. No leggings of any sort, no skirts, or dresses.

  • Wear closed tennis shoes with laces; if using shoes without laces, they must provide good traction and be free of holes. No sandals, no flip-flops, and no open-toed shoes.

  • Caps or hats for sun protection are advisable.

  • Jewelry is not permitted.

  • If you possess working gloves, we recommend bringing them on your day of volunteering. 

Damas

  • Se requiere una camiseta básica de cuello redondo. No debe tener agujeros ni rasgaduras. No se permiten camisetas con cuello en V, cuellos en V largos ni tops cortos.

  • Se requieren pantalones, asegurándose de que tengan el largo adecuado para evitar tropiezos. No se permiten licras, faldas ni vestidos.
